How to use it

  1. Enter both team names for each game. Games stay in the order you enter them when the same slot can fit them.
  2. Set the number of fields, first start time and minutes per game slot.
  3. Review the field assignments. Add a date if you want timed events in the calendar download.
  4. Print the timetable or download it as a CSV or calendar file.

How it works

  • The scheduler places each game in the earliest slot with an open field where neither team is already playing.
  • If all fields are occupied or a team has a game in that slot, the game moves to the next slot. Games use the same slot length.
  • Calendar events use the date and times you enter. The file uses floating local times, so your calendar displays them in its local time zone.

Frequently asked questions

Can a team play on another field in the same time slot?

No. A team can appear in only one game per slot, even when another field is free.

Why are there empty fields in a time slot?

The next games may involve teams already playing in that slot. The scheduler holds those games for a later slot rather than double-booking a team.

Does the game list create tournament games?

No. Enter the games you want to schedule. This tool assigns times and fields.

Why do I need a date for the calendar download?

Calendar events need a calendar date as well as a start and end time. Printing and CSV do not require a date.

Can two games start at different times in the same slot?

No. Each slot uses the same start time and duration across all fields.
